Refund & Cancellation

1. Eligibility

You may request a refund if your order has not yet started. If progress has been made (e.g., games played or divisions gained), partial refunds may be issued proportionally based on the remaining work.

2. Process

Refund requests must be submitted exclusively via our Support channels or Discord tickets. Approved refunds are usually processed and returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Exceptions

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior towards our staff or boosters.
  • Violation of our overall Terms of Service.
  • Orders that have already been 100% completed.

4. Cancellations by Us

ExtremeBoost reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order due to technical issues, booster unavailability, or if the account details provided are incorrect and cannot be resolved.
